Borderland Change{R4}

When you cross a border you must place a tile of your colour on any unoccupied neutral position in the borderland. You can place a tile on the position you are moving your piece onto.

When you move a piece across one or more borders, and set your piece down in a different borderland (a border crossing) you replace one of the neutral tiles in this new borderland with a tile of your colour
